Rubber Bellow

Rubber bellows are commonly used as connections that require elasticity or so-called flexible joints to anticipate the number of motions that accrue around the area of the connection.

In addition, these rubber bellows are also used as a protector or wrapping of objects such as cables or other joints to protect against dust, oil contamination or other matters that may damage or interfere with the expansion.

Rubber / rubber bellows have other names such as:

• Flexible joint bellows

• Expansion joint bellows

• Protective or cover bellows

• Bellows connector

These rubber bellows are manufactured for a variety of industries, in various shapes and sizes for various applications and environments.

The industries that usually require rubber bellows are as follows:

• the automotive industry

• the telecommunications industry

• electronics and computer industries

• mechanical and electrical industries

FA Santo can produce rubber bellows according to your needs or specifications. Our engineers are also ready to discuss with your company technicians to determine the use of raw materials to suit the needs of applications in your product, such as the need to retain impurities containing oil, oil or other chemicals and prepare materials that require high temperature and extreme weather resistance

When required for processes that require extremely high pressure or high tear resistance, rubber bellows can be produced with a woven reinforcing layer, but for higher pressure loads we can add other polymers as amplifiers, such as PTFE.

FA Santo is committed to always maintain and improve the quality of our rubber bellows products.
