New Rubber Rolls | Rolls Service | Roller Service  

New rubber rolls can be produced based on customer’s order and criteria. Customers can give samples or specific technical drawing and Santo Rubber will consult with customer’s technician to make the right product. 

As an alternative, our technician can also cooperate with customer in designing specific rubber rolls to fulfill customer requirement. We have skill, equipment, and experiences to provide various rubber roll's shapes and surfaces as per customer’s requirement and its result can be re-used for next production.   

Used Rollers can be serviced become new rollers. To do this, rollers will be stripped and old rubber will be disposed effectively and ecologically safe. After that engineering work will be carried out as per customer customization and specification. Rollers will be covered with new rubber material and quality control is conducted before rollers are sent to customer.   

Some examples of rubber rollers application can be found on some industries as follows:    

Paper Industry    

Rubber roll types such as press roll, warm roll, touch roll, with using rubber material that resistance to pressure and high rotation (NBR and SBR).   

Plywood Industry rubber roll types such as contact drum roll, anvil roll, auto feeder roll, glue spreader roll, with using high elasticity rubber material and resistance to friction (NBR and SBR).   

Printing Industry (offset, can printing, rotogravure, carton box)    

Rubber roll types such as press roll, wax roll, coating roll, varnisher roll, extruder roll with using heat resistance (up to 300°C) and rubber materials which have high resistance to chemical liquid (EPDM, NBR, silicon rubber).   

Steel Industry    

Rubber roll types such as bridle roll, wringer roll, snubber roll, pinch roll, separator roll, with using friction resistant rubber material (NBR) and rubber material which has high resistance to chemical liquid (Hypalon).
