Silicone Tubes / Silicon Tubing: Food Grade Hose

Transparent and various color of silicone tubes are made in many sizes (diameter) using silicon / silicone material, which are perfectly suitable for food industries, medicines and medical, hospital, and laboratory equipment. As non toxic properties of silicon, so does the silicone tubes automatically are also non toxic and not containing heavy metal. Silicone tubes produced by Santo Rubber is very ideal for medical and hospital equipment; pharmaceutical / medicines factories, etc. Some  applications of silicon tubing such as peristatic pumping, blood infusion, liquid food and medicine  infusion, which is used at hospitals, clinics, and laboratory. As these silicone tubes are food grade , they are also widely used as milk hose. In this case, silicone tubes are used at cow farms, dairyies, or other food manufacturer.

Silicone tubes can be sterilized with many ways such as steam for 30 minutes, at temperature 121°C and pressure 15 psi or steam for 10 minutes at temperature 132°C and pressure 30 psi.  

Various colors of silicon tubing can be produced depend on clients requirement.

1. Liquid flow inside the food grade hose made from silicon  only need low compression, no additional clamp is needed as silicone tubes have stable form.
2. Silicon tubing will not stiff at winter time as silicon material remains  flexible until -55°C
3. Silicone tubes are very easy to fitted in and fitted out with metal fitting.
4. As silicone tubes are transparent, liquid or milk flow can be seen clearly from outside.

*Pure silicon rubber is not blended with other material

1. Silicon will last five times longer than other material.

1. Silicone tubes can be sterilized with boiling water.
2. Silicone tubes is very long lasting and very useful to be used  in long period, not crack, not porous, not eroded.
3. Silicone tubes will not deteriorated by butter-fat, bacteria,  or dairy cleaning agent.
4. Silicon has smooth continuous surface, so there is no place for bacteria to grow.
